#platform/youtube #channel/Master-YongHua #playlist/dharma-glimpses !["Everything Arises from Conditions, Everything will Perish from Conditions" - Stop Asking Why!](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rhNqyYHIlCc) Buddha talked about everything arises from condition. Everything will perish from conditions. Conditions meaning that it happened because of some reasons. That's what it means. This event here happened because of certain aiding conditions, aiding circumstance. Same thing. It will also disappear with some aiding conditions as well. That's all it means. It means I happened something happened because there's a reason for a reason and we'll stop for a reason. It's so fundamental wisdom. Now there is a tendency for people to keep on wanting to know why why why did it happen to me? Let them let them find out those people. Let them find out. Try to find out why happened to them. You want to try to Here's the problem. You're trying to understand what happened to them. Those condition that made this event happen is multi-layered. So many layers. If you ask someone, they tell you one reason, one excuse it belongs to this layer. But he's not talking about three, four more, five, 10 more layers. So your knowledge of why it happened is incomplete. But people, especially the people who cultivate, why why are you like that? Why? Why they frown at me? Why they yell at me? Okay, that's natural reaction for people. Perfectly reasonable. Why teach you? I spell it out for you. Don't bother with why. Who cares? It's too many wise, right? You keep on looking why. Oh yeah, that's why. Because And then you do you realize there's not a why. It's not a why. Another why. Another why. And on and on and on and on endlessly. That doesn't solve the problem, does it? Instead, I want you to focus on the other side. All dharmas arise some conditions. That's that's talk turkey. I'm afflicted. I'm in trouble. Why? Why happen? And you keep on trying to Oh, yeah. What else? Is there another reason why it happened? You must there must be a third reason. Okay. And a fourth and a fifth and on and on and on, right? Why are not you going to fix it? All you do is just want to know why. Why? Why? Why? Why? Why? Why? My point here is that when you have a problem, you afflicted and you want to try to understand why. I am teaching you don't waste time trying to understand why. This is not efficient because it's too many layers. You can you try to dig it's too takes too long and it's not going to help you. I'd rather you focus on what do I need to do to make it disappear? What conditions I need to have to make it disappear? make it die. You focusing on the wrong side. Why? Why? Why? Why? Why? Instead, ask how do I fix this problem? [bell and music] A to a to a to
