If you are not reciting the Bodhisattva's name, be aware of it. Look at why. What is distracting you? Just stop and go back to the Bodhisattva's name. That's all there is to it. Number two, every moment, think of the Bodhisattva. Just think about the Bodhisattva. Don't think about anything else.
Instead of thinking of anything else—thinking about your tiredness, your sleepiness, your being sick, your being hungry, etc., etc.—drop it. Think of the Bodhisattva for the duration. That's all there is to it. Whether you are thinking of men, thinking of women, or thinking of anything else, just drop it for the duration. That's all there is to it.
