When you get angry at someone, you're hitting that person with your mind. This is absolutely not okay. You should not get angry at all, for any reason. Your first job, as soon as you realize you're angry, is to address it. If you maintain your anger—understand this—when you stay angry, you are attacking someone mentally. When I am angry at you, it's like I'm hitting you in my mind, and you can get hurt.
Every time you get angry, it's a few steps back because you're inflicting harm upon someone. Okay? Because of that, you're losing a lot of blessings. If you still indulge in getting angry—indulge your anger—now the harm to yourself is much bigger than before.
Walk away if you cannot control yourself, or better yet, you realize you're angry and you dissipate the anger.
Take the anger in you. Take the anger and move it down to your navel. It will dissipate it, okay? Anger is up here. You move it down here. That's for people with kung fu. If you have some kung fu, when you realize you're angry, the anger is up here—it's in your head, okay? You move it down here. You contemplate moving the anger down here to your navel, and the navel will absorb it.
