I do not recommend that you try to help others right now. It is still too early. You need to help yourself first. Don't think too much about how to help others. Instead, have the attitude, "I need to become a better person." Don't look at other people's faults. Look at your own faults. Rather than trying to help others, help yourself become a better person. That is how you help others indirectly.
The problem with today's world is that people are not kind enough. They are selfish and short-sighted. They try to grab as much as they can before it is too late, taking whatever they can get for themselves.
So what is the antidote to these problems in our society? It is not greater success or more money. What we need is more kindness and more compassion. We need to touch people's hearts. That is how we truly help others.
You don't need to impress others. You don't need to become richer or smarter, and you certainly don't need plastic surgery to improve your appearance. Touch people's hearts with your kindness and compassion. That is how you help them.
I call this "helping without helping." You don't have to deliberately try to help others. By becoming a better person and practicing kindness and compassion, you naturally benefit those around you.
