What Buddhism is known for is to specialize in things that you cannot develop through your brains.
It's called transcendental wisdom because that wisdom manifests when you stop thinking.
Your worldly wisdom is based on thinking.
Think of medical issues.
The solution come from thinking.
But transcendental wisdom comes from not thinking.
That's why transcendental wisdom enables you to transcend the world, transcend thinking, problems that arise from thinking because worldly wisdom solves problems or but also creates problems as well.
That's a nature of worldly wisdom.
You fix a mental illness by giving them medication that works up to a certain point but then it creates problems because the medications that you give to your patients creates toxins in the body.
So it creates other types of problems or fixing certain types of problem.
You see worldly knowledge, worldly wisdom is never perfect.
It always has trade-offs that will bind you to the world, the world we live in.
So it's limited wisdom.
Whereas transcendental wisdom will allow you to escape the constraints of our worlds.
That's passion wisdom.
