#platform/youtube #channel/bodhi-light ![3 Steps to Solving ANY Problem | Buddhist Wisdom](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gt5Hb_JVYVo) You're paid to solve problems. When you have to solve problem, you rack your brains. And if you cannot figure out the conventional wisdom, you sleep on it. Why? It's the process where you rack your brain. Your brain is spinning like crazy. When you take a break, you sleep on it. That's when your conscious mind stops spinning. That's when the other mind kicks in. Number one, just for ordinary people. But for you, after you rack your brains and you sleep on it, you still cannot break through. Don't sleep. You cross your legs and you sit on it. That's all. And when you sit on it, chances are that you can break through. You have a better chance of breaking through than sleeping because of your Chan skills. Ordinary people don't have it. This is your advantage. Anyone, any of you, I don't care if you're engineer, you are in the finance sector, you are a nurse, it doesn't matter. You have a problem you can't fix, meditate. It's better than sleeping because of your Chan skills. Number three, this is a clear advantage of you. When you still can't figure out from meditation, you go to the temple, you recite the morning ceremony, you participate in evening ceremony. It doesn't matter. You go to the temple or tune in to the mantra sessions online. In person is better. If you do that, the chances of breakthrough are far greater. Let me explain to you why you're stuck. You're stuck because it's up here in your brains; it's stuck. It gets to this wall and you cannot break through. Keeps on spinning and spinning. It's like you—you run, right? And you try to break through a wall and the wall is too strong for you. No, no matter how fast you you run, you cannot break through. This is when you ride on someone else spin, someone else strength through the recitation. And because when you do that, the analogy is that you spin faster, you run stronger, you run faster. And that's how you can break through. That's the process. I'm telling you up here because I want to train all of you to be better problem solvers. All of you. There is no problem that cannot be fixed, eventually.
