#channel/bodhi-light-teachings  The ego is false. Whatever you think of yourself is false. Whatever is false must die, must disappear, must return to dust. With the destruction of your false self, the ego is called in Buddhism a false self. The false self will be destroyed. And then, after the false self is destroyed, the only thing that remains is the true self. It's truly happy. It knows no suffering. It knows no disappointment.
