That is how you get rid of your affliction so quickly. And that is the difference between you and a bodhisattva. When you get afflicted, you stay afflicted and you stay stupid. But when bodhisattvas are afflicted, they enter samadhi, and the affliction is gone. They still get afflicted, but the difference between them and you is that when you are afflicted, you choose to say, "See? I am so right, and she is so wrong!" and so you stay afflicted. Whereas when bodhisattvas get afflicted, they say, "Oops, I am not supposed to be afflicted." That is wisdom. And they get rid of the affliction right away. When you are afflicted, you have no wisdom whatsoever because you are stuck on being right and others being wrong. [[Being Right is Stupidity|Being right is stupidity]]. The only currency, the only measuring stick is: [[Are You Afflicted|Are you afflicted?]]
